Get Involved in Well-being

Student participate in the Hi, How Are You? event outside the Nebraska Union.

Volunteers come from all majors, backgrounds and cultures. We seek talented, enthusiastic students to join our team to support Nebraska students.

Peer Educators are highly knowledgeable, well-resourced students who teach, guide, and promote well-being at UNL. 

Volunteer Opportunities

 

Well-being Ambassadors

You’ll facilitate conversations about well-being with peers. Through conversations, you’ll help students learn about their own well-being and break down falsehoods about getting help.

Additionally, ambassadors deliver presentations and promote the work of Big Red Well-being Collective through outreach events.

Financial Well-being Ambassadors

You’ll meet one-on-one with students to discuss financial concerns and help students meet financial goals by providing education to strengthen financial well-being and reduce money stress.
