Grow Your Well-being

Well-being is an optimal and dynamic state that allows individuals to achieve their full potential.

It is much more than physical health. At Nebraska, it’s an eight-dimensional model. Full well-being includes emotional, intellectual, social and physical factors that impact how you feel and experience your life. By prioritizing your whole self, you help to build a supportive environment for yourself and your fellow Huskers.

What is the Well-being Collective?

The Well-being Collective is a group of individuals who work together under the five principles of Collective Impact. Through common agenda, shared measurement systems, mutually reinforcing activities, continuous communication, and institutional support, the collective strives to impact systems and settings in campus environments. By positively influencing the systems and settings, individuals reach an optimal and dynamic state that allows them to achieve their full potential.
