My majors are psychology and criminology/criminal justice. I joined Big Red Well-being because I am extremely passionate about mental health awareness. My goal is to help people understand and prioritize their well-being while creating a supportive and open environment for everyone. With plans to earn a PhD in psychology, I want to incorporate artistic expression into therapy, using creativity to support mental well-being.
Fun Fact: I love concerts, cookies, and coffee!
